Lana Property Service Reviews

“Nick and his colleague spent four hours on three bathrooms removing years of wear and tear and dirt and grime. By the time they were done, the bathrooms were as crisp and clean as one would see in a fancy five star hotel.”

“Nick cleaned our home that we sold, he did such an amazing job. He has great attention to detail, and made sure to do a great job on cleaning every inch of our home! We definitely recommend him to anyone requiring cleaning services!”

“My house has never looked so good! They did so amazing! I would hire them again in a second. They were also so kind. They made sure that I was happy with everything they did.”

“Nick and Charles of Lana Property Services were recommended by our realtors, Dan and Bree Givens, to perform a deep clean of our house that we were moving out of. We were told they were excellent. My wife and I definitely agree. Nick and Charles did an amazing job. The house was thoroughly cleaned, the mosaic in the front entry way glowed, the bathroom, kitchen counters, kitchen drawers, and even the back mud room were all spotless. Both Nick and Charles were very personable, professional, and client oriented. They took us through the house telling us what they would do and asking if there were particular areas that they should be attentive to and areas that they should handle with care. They also did some additional work (e.g., caulking) that they did not charge us for. My wife and I highly recommend Lana Property Services!”

“Nicholas helped me clean my brother's house after his passing. He was very thorough. He cleaned everything like walls, light fixtures, carpets, drawers, he repaired a wall that he removed an old intercom from, he replaced the linoleum in the laundry room, he changed out some vertical blinds in the dining area, he resurfaced the kitchen counter tops, he made the hardwood floors shine. He really made the place sparkle! He was so helpful at a time when I really needed it. I would highly recommend him!”
